No, but their older counterparts, Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitors, do give off a small amount of radiation. The streams of electrons hitting the phosphor in the screen produce X-rays, but these are way below harmful levels. Coils in the monitor also emit some electromagnetic radiation. Again, this is extremely low in intensity and causes no harm whatsoever.
