    Vitamins

Vitamins are necessary for healthy human life, a balanced diet should offer all the vitamins we need. These organic molecules aid the proper function of our metabolisms, 13 of them are required by the human body for its proper function, for example vitamin C, which has been found to benefit the immune system. Vitamin supplements can be taken by people who are lacking the nutrients they need in their diets.
